혬혬 2020. 1. 7. 21:47

1. Tell me about yourself; 너의 사적인 이야기말고 너의 직업에 대한 노력을 요약해서 말해야 된다.

this means: "Give me a broad overview of who you are, professionally speaking, before we dive into specifics". You should prepare about a one-minute answer that summarizes where you are in your career/education and what you're espeacially good at. Emphasis on your most recent job(s). Keep your personal life out of it; your interviewer isn't asking to hear about your family, hobbies or where you grew up.

2. what interests you about this job?; 너가 이 일을 열정적으로 할 수 있다는 것을 어필해라

Focus on the substance of the role and how it interestes you. Are you passionate about the industry or job? Why did you get into this line of work? Don't talk about benefits, salary, the short commute or anything unrelated to what you'll be doing, or you'll signal that you're not particularly enthusiastic about the work itself. Interviewers want to hire people who have carefully considered whether this is a job they'd be glad to do every day , and that means focusing on the work itself - not what the job can do for you

3. what are your strengths and weaknesses?; 너의 약점은 최소화하고 강점을 강조해라

This is the most dreaded question of all. Handle it by minimizing your weakness and emphasizing your strenghts. Stay away from personal qualities and concentrate on professional traits; For example, maybe your've never been strong at public speaking, but over the past few years, you've taken on leadership roles and volunteered to run meetings to help you be more comforable when addressing a crowd. "My strength is that i'm a problem slover. i love taking a prolbem and looking at it from every angle. i enjoy work that challenges me and pushes me to think outside the box". My weakenss is sometimes i have a difficulty letting a project go or sharing a task with others becasue i'm always convinced that i can do it all on mmy own and that asking ofr help will be taken as a sign of weakness
